Objectives and Key Deliverables
As a high growth digital startup in Singapore, we are in expansion phase.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a high growth (ideally tech) recruiting background for up to 6 months (or more) who will transform our HR function from one that supports our organization in Singapore to one that supports a sizeable regional organization expansion across 4+ countries (across all kinds of roles).
1. Experience in setting up and scaling HR functions at high growth internet companies / startups
2. Recruiting is a major focus therefore the candidate must have experience in setting up and driving recruiting (ideally tech focused) for high growth firms. We are talking about growing the organization 2x or 3x in a short period of time.
3. Lead employer/ recruitment branding activities.
3. Experience in setting up HR processes for the digital age to drive efficiency and employee engagement
4. Strong focus on culture building. Someone who is able to build on company values
5. Strong leader having lead and managed teams of 5-10 direct reports
Nice to have:
- organization focused consulting experience (project leader /manage level is adequate). For non-consultants, we expect more experience.
- Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organisational Culture, and Talent Management.
*We can provide pass for the right person but prefer PR / Singaporean where possible.
