Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are working with a modular construction business near Casablanca who are looking for a candidate with strong technical and consulting/problem solving skills to support in assessing and improving key operational processes and value engineering to improve margins.

• Assess and document improvement processes
• Assess and document value engineering plan for key product ranges with the view to improve margins
• Training sessions to embed new processes and approaches, on-going support to implement changes

• Functional expertise in business process and change management
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills including evidence of real operational impact needed
• Fluent French needed
• Evidence of successful value engineering experience (automotive experience nice to have)
• Understanding of manufacturing/construction environment
• ‘Hands-on’ and strong problem-solving skills
• Able to commit for 20 days with on-going ‘light’ support
Please note that the advertised daily rate could be flexible based on experience.
