•Propose World Elite card launch communication approach:
o Key channels
o High level messages with clear call to action
o Preferred timing

Module 3: EMOB strategy
oPropose an engagement plan to drive behavior of new World Elite customers:
oEnsuring customer’s understanding of product features and benefits, and reinforcing value proposition
oFacilitating intense card usage from the first days to create a pattern and desired behavior
oDefine organization, processes and KPIs to effectively and timely track EMOB portfolio behavior

Module 4: Sales training
•Organize and deliver a one day training event for the private banking salesforce, covering:
oWorld Elite card value proposition
oWorld Elite card go to market best practices
oRole plays
