MBA & Company is an online marketplace

of freelance consultants worldwide. Our business is backed by several leading
European VC funds, and we are honoured to have received a number of prestigious
awards in recognition of our innovative service.

We are looking for a marketing manager who
has a track record in creating and delivering high quality, measurable,
campaigns. The marketing manager will be responsible for lead generation
programs, building pipeline and creating a consistent and scalable approach to
client acquisition and retention, enabling the company to grow into new regions
and sectors as well as consolidating in its current markets. Please note this is a full time role based in London.

It is expected that the manager will be
knowledgeable across the b2b marketing mix, including digital and offline
channels and takes a customer-led approach to acquisition. They will have
specific experience in content and email marketing, with knowledge of marketing
automation tools an advantage, social media marketing, paid search and events
marketing and how to integrate these channels to produce the best results.

Although the focus is on delivery we want
someone who is willing to experiment with new techniques and introduce creative
ideas into the mix.

It is likely that you have spent 3-5 years
working in a b2b marketing team or for a b2b marketing agency, with
professional services experience and be comfortable working in a small team.


Increase the number of leads, value of
pipeline, new client and project registrations and repeat projects from current
clients, quarter on quarter, to support the growing salesforce.


Develop and manage
client acquisition campaigns to deliver against lead generation targets

Work with external
agencies to deliver a campaigns calendar, identifying new opportunities and
aiming for constant improvement in performance and results

Work with external
providers to identify, create and deliver supporting content for campaigns

sponsorship and event attendance and create an internal events program

Be responsible for
acquisition and maintenance of all marketing data, including acquiring new data
and devising methods to organically grow data lists, as well as running regular
update and cleanse programs

Take responsibility
for CRM system to support the marketing to sales funnel integration and ensure
that records are current and up to date

Develop and manage
customer loyalty and retention programs to drive repeat project acquisition

Build up social
media profiles and communities

Key relationships

Sales, telemarketing, external agencies

Key proficiencies

Microsoft Office, CRM systems (preferably
Salesforce), email marketing systems, social media platforms and blogging
