Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are expanding our business to Mexico and need a consultant to find suppliers with the right products, negotiate and finalise agreements.

We expect the consultant to

***Blank Envelopes***

1 – Short list 6 envelopes manufacturers with good reputations and a clear ability to deliver our spec of products
2 – Deliver price comparison spreadsheet among the manufacturers
3 – Negotiate prices
4 – Get agreement signed

***Shipping Provider***

1 – Short list top players in the industry
2 – Identify local idiosyncrasies that could impact our business model, e.g. regions with no zip code, regions where there is no mail box, etc.
3 – Deliver a spreadsheet with price and product comparison among players
4 – Negotiate prices
5 – Get agreement signed

Been working in international environment.

Has been working w suppliers minimum 3 years, preferably with Procurement and negotiations.

Responsible persons - quite detail oriented.

Requires fluency in Spanish.
