Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a renowned management consultancy with offices all around the globe and advise clients in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.

We are currently in the final phase of a client acquisition process and need an experienced consultant to support our team.

The consultant will be asked to redefine the government commercialization model of Out-of-home advertising assets in Highways and interstate roads.

Timing:
ASAP: Submission of your proposal
1.-5. April: 1h-telephone interviews with chosen candidates
April 2018: Candidates available for queries
May 2018: Expected kick off

ATTENTION:
Your proposal will only be considered, if you have experience in at least one of the following 3 different areas:

1) Government agency in-charge of regulating this assets/billboards in KSA or GCC country
2) Development and operation of these assets in KSA or GCC country (e.g. JC Decaux former executive in KSA)
3) Media agency executive (someone used to set-up media plans and leasing OOH assets)
