Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a specialist consultancy based in Saudi Arabia focussed on providing Digital, GRC and Cyber Security advisory services
We're looking for a consultant who specialises in Policies and Procedures. Ideally you will have a background at a large consultancy or an IT consultancy.
The following is a list of what is expected;
To enhance the layout and the structure from a design aspect.
To have a consistent view and the process input and out.
To describe better the related activities that would be done.
Enhance the language to make descriptive where needed.
They should be written in a concise, step-by-step, easy-to-read format. The information presented should be unambiguous and not overly complicated.
The active voice and present verb tense should be used. The term "you" should not be used, but implied.
The document should not be redundant, or overly lengthy. Keep it simple and short. Information should be conveyed clearly and explicitly to remove any doubt as to what is required. Also, use a flowchart to illustrate the process being described.
They should be written with sufficient detail so that someone with limited experience with or knowledge of the procedure, but with a basic understanding, can successfully reproduce the procedure when unsupervised.
They should first briefly describe the purpose of the work or process, including any regulatory information or standards that are appropriate to the procedures process, and the scope to indicate what is covered.
Describe all appropriate QA and quality control (QC) activities for that procedure, and list any cited or significant references.
Define how will the related temples will be version controlled
A from process map should be developed to define activities and their sub-tasks as well as key interactions, inputs and outputs as well as the related tools and templates.
A long list of the policies and procedures will be issued at a later stage.
