Objectives and Key Deliverables
PE portfolio company specializing in project management training and certifications is creating business goals into the year 2019, and is looking for analytic support to frame strategic options on what needs to be done in 2017 in order to accomplish those goals.
This project will be fairly analytical and will involve understanding the details of what the business needs to do in order to accomplish its 2019 goals. This is a strong focus on EBITDA.
This is an urgent project looking to start ASAP.
The consultant will work in conjunction with the leadership team and a fellow strategy consultant to deliver a clear articulation of what the business needs to do in 2017 to accomplish its longer term goals. Tasks include running through details and assessing the potential of moves with EBIDTA in mind.
Tangible deliverables include a strategic plan, economic modeling, and market analyses to validate assumptions.
>3-5 years' experience in banking or strategy consulting with a top tier firm
>Expertise in analytics and modelling
>Strong ability of asking strategic questions around viability
>Familiarity with the corporate education space is a nice to have
Must be within reasonable commutable distance of Alexandria, VA (e.g. East Coast USA, New York, North Carolina, Washington).
The client is willing to pay reasonable travel and expenses to bring the consultant to Alexandria (e.g. from East Coast, New York, etc.)
On-site is required 2-3 days per week with the rest of the work possible to do off-site.
