Objectives and Key Deliverables

We work for a client who is looking for a potential investment opportunities in the market. In order to do so, he needs to understand how the business works, who are the major players and how they interact with each other.

We expect to have a small PP presentation, that explains the major questions that our Client is facing.

Here are some questions that can help one to clarify the request:

1. Market: spa (hot-springs) centers and bottled water
2. Research geography: Karlovy-Vary (Czech Republic) and Baden-Württemberg (Germany)
3. Interaction principles between market players, including:
• Well owners and license holders (What are these companies? Is it a government or a private company?)
• License distribution principles (Procedure description)
• Key distribution channels (Who are the main distributers? Who owns distribution companies? including water distributed to spa (hot-spring) centers and bottling companies)

4. Business model for mineral water companies (company profile, well ownership, license ownership, production capacity, distribution channels)

The required information is normally not publically awailable, so previous work experience within the industry is assumed to be essential. He/she should understand how the business works, what is the business model, major players etc.
