Objectives and Key Deliverables
We're in the process of launching a global traceability program at our factories and have identified several capacity/skill gaps in a few of our markets (presumably France and Poland). We would be open to speaking with either individual consultants or boutique firms that could deploy right sized teams. The goal of this program is to trace ingredients and packaging that we use to manufacture our products through the manufacturing process and out to our customers. In the overall architecture of the program we are establishing regional based SWAT teams, reporting to the regional business deployment manager, which will be in charge of driving the unit in the effective deployment of the required capability for Market Traceability with integrated hold and release.
