Objectives and Key Deliverables
The client is a US$100B company in 2017 and it has an aspiration to double its revenue in a few years. With this background, the client foresees their procurement/sourcing volume will increase at a fast pace, the supplier ecosystem will be getting more complex, a strong drive on digitalization and expects its organization to be more agile and innovative, so they can be prepared for the rapid growth.
This project is to design a to-be blueprint (strategy, governance, org, people, technology, etc.) for the client with solid recommendation supported by good practice, and a list of initiatives to support the to-be model.
We are looking for consultants who know the client's businesses and strong procurement transformation background, preferably have knowledge with the following companies:
• Consumer Business Group (mobile, tablet, watch, etc): Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi
• Carrier Network Business Group: Nokia, Ericsson
• Enterprise Business Group (Server, Cloud): HP, Dell, Cisco, IBM, Microsoft, Amazon
