Objectives and Key Deliverables
I’m looking for an independent consultant for a strategic piece of work 2-3 weeks in duration. This would be for business units we are currently carving out of a parent company. Specialty would be mid-market ERP specialist in HR/Finance. Someone who has done lots of these types of implementations. Open on the industry they have operated in. Open on budget. Please only apply if you are based in Europe.
Look at HR/Finance systems across BUs
Recommend whether we should choose a system that covers both functions
Recommend short list of systems we should consider
Ideal person would have on their resume implementation experience in one or more of the following NetSuite, workday, MS Dynamics.
Recommendations would have to take into consideration constraints / priorities – getting off TSAs and key functional requirements as expressed by stakeholders.
