Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a private equity firm, interested in a company which manufactures a range of critical air products. We are interested in learning more about the companies that produce these products, and their use in anaesthesia machines in hospitals.
This will initially be an expert call, but could then extend to further work.
Questions include:
- The benefits of using CO2 absorber cartridges vs loose fill
- The importance of a high quality product
- How Molecular Products’ is viewed in terms of quality
- What competitive threats exist to the encumbants, such as Molecular Products
- Whether the market is seeing price competition and margin squeeze
Interested in speaking with:
• Former practicing Anaesthetists with some medical sales experience
• Ex employees of companies in this space (Intersurgical, Dräger, Armstrong, GCP etc.) with experience in anaesthesia
• Ex-employees of customers in this space (such as GE Healthcare, CareFusion, Maquet, Heinen + Löwenstein etc.)
