Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a leading global technology and professional services firm focused on payments. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to work as part of our regional talent team in Singapore.

Overview:

• The jobholder will manage Talent Acquisition for specific countries and business areas (to be determined) across Asia Pacific
• The jobholder will report to the Business Leader – Global Talent Acquisition for Asia Pacific, and will also liaise closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues across the region and/or globe
• This jobholder will provide thought leadership around the design, launch and delivery of Talent Acquisition initiatives. The jobholder will also be hands-on in terms of the management of their requisitions.
• The jobholder will need to partner with and be perceived as a credible expert by senior and executive management, business unit management teams, HR Business Partners, subject matter experts and other key stakeholders across Asia Pacific and the broader company

Role:

• Manage vacancies for specific countries and business areas across Asia Pacific, working in partnership with HR colleagues to ensure that the appropriate talent is selected and vacancies filled within agreed timescales
• Develop the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition infrastructure across AP by:
- Driving execution excellence across the function by measurably increasing the uses of social media, employee referral, and other direct sourcing methods, establishing process that enable immediate access to candidate and process data and implementing a robust on boarding experience for all new hires

All About You:

• Solid proven In-house and/or agency experience in Talent Acquisition
• Demonstrated success in creating, launching and executing Talent Acquisition initiatives
• Track record of influencing and partnering senior and executive managers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good influencing and negotiation skills
• Well-developed planning and organizing skills, with the ability manage a heavy workload and conflicting priorities
• Competent PC skills and the ability to quickly master internal and external systems and platforms necessary for success in this role (such as social and business networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)

Project start date: mid-February

Duration: 6 months (with a possibility to extend to 9 months)
