Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are an established start up in the sector of customized B2C and B2B pleating products based in Düsseldorf, Germany.

As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for a mid/senior level consultant to define a business development and sales strategy for future growth. Currently we are selling our products B2C via our online shop and our suppliers produce and deliver to order. We are running highly lean operations. There are opportunities for B2C multichannel approaches as well as an expansion into the B2B segment, e.g. delivering to larger construction building contractors.

As a consultant you should demonstrate that you have created and implemented business development strategies for B2C products and understand the fast paced environment of the start up world.

In your proposal please highlight relevant experience that will help us gain a competitive edge and accelerate business development. We estimate the project to run 6 months. Experience and knowledge of Germany and the German market is essential.

Since this will be a significant strategic initiative with an substantial invest from our end, we will run a rigorous selection process and engage with potential consultants thoroughly before contracting.
