Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a Joint Venture between two transnational consumer goods companies to manufacture and sell 3 exciting beverage products across the globe. As a company in its own right, the joint venture has its own board of directors. Whilst we have the backing and support of our two parent companies, our entrepreneurial set up gives us real autonomy. Our roles are broad, our responsibilities big and our experiences even bigger.

As a global company the variation in countries, bottlers and manufacturing sites makes this a very exciting place to work. We have 5 regional organisations operating across North America, ESSA (Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa), Latin America, AMEA (Africa, Middle East and Asia) and Greater China and we are constantly breaking new ground with launches into white markets.

This Project has three strands:

Social Purpose

Together with the insights team and the global brand director the chosen candidate will support in the everyday to research and craft the brands social purpose. Territories have already been identified and we are currently in the stage of research. This person would focus on bringing further meaning, relevance and visualisation- execution to the social purpose on Lipton Ready to Drink.

Brand Vision Plan

Together with the insights team and the global brand director the chosen candidate will craft and build the brand vision plan and identify deep consumer truths across countries to define how each pillar of the Market Development model can be activated. (Strengthen portfolio) This includes reviewing the market development stages, bringing together global and regional jobs to be done and marking out clear roles and play out areas for markets in comms for the brand.

New Ideations

Work with brand director to help with new range creative names, concept design work and crafting mix developments with R&D including assessing best claims for the brand.

This is looking to be a part-time role of approximately 2 days per week, of which roughly 1 day a week will be based in our Leatherhead office.
