Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a global leader in the consumption-dependent billing of energy, water and ancillary costs.
A recently conducted strategic project has indicated that for an improved service delivery our target operating model needs to be renewed, with some services remaining outsourced and more critical tasks moved in-house.
We have developed a strategic description and blueprint for this, but are seeking support in creating and implementing a new target operating model for our technical field force (installation, exchange, maintain devices) in Germany. Identified areas of improvement are scheduling, scheduling rejections, routing, dispatching, intransparencies with technical field force, long processing times, field force structure and qualification.
This project requires a resource in supporting, driving, and challenging our internal project team (staffed with people from our Head Office and a local branch in Bremen).
August start date
3 months with an additional optional 2 months, depending on project development
Likelihood of a follow up project after this (minimum of 1-2 days per week of coaching and mentoring for workshops to implement new operating target model, or full time project as before – possibly up to 12-18 months)
2-4 days in the Bremen office and 1-2 days in Essen office - some, albeit, limited remote work may be possible
