Objectives and Key Deliverables
End-to-end process simplification in multiple processes in Enterprise Telco (B2B) space e.g. account management, international data, international voice etc.
Face to face project delivery - working and potentially co-leading process teams in "workcells" to design and document new, improved processes. Will also work through the migration from old to new process.
** Workcell methodology will be used - where all stakeholders involved in the end-to-end process are co-located for 6 weeks, and live orders, processes and issues are analyzed, and solutions are developed and tested
- Typically 8-12 years of experience in total
- At-least 3-4 years in Process design, Process re-engineering etc. Expertise in relevant process methodologies like Lean six sigma etc.
- At-least 5 years of experience in Telco
- Singapore resident
