Objectives and Key Deliverables
We would like to discuss case studies on how retailers (mainly fashion, cosmetics, etc.) are evolving their Omni-channel strategy for China mainland. The sharing should include the definition of delivery service levels for different e-commerce platforms (T-Mall, WeChat, jd.com, own website); the evolution of the logistics network (e.g. implementation of store hubs for warehousing); the 3PL selection process and high-level IT platform.
