Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a global healthcare organisation that integrates real-world evidence, health economics, outcomes research, consulting, and health intelligence.

We are looking for a consultant to effectively deliver change management related activities for the various work streams for a major project related to oncology data. The consultant will ensure effective delivery, provide input into the intellectual agenda and ensure the quality of outputs.

The balance of tasks in the portfolio will focus in supporting 2-3 areas at any one time including:

Collaboration Management (management of our partner Pharmaceutical Companies):
- Management of information process to and from country organisations
- Meeting preparation and follow-up (design of documents, organizational meeting support, tacking & monitoring of actions)
- Interface to our legal advisors (e.g. coordination of anti-trust competition law aspects)
- Progress tracking and monitoring

External Engagement:
- Event management support
- Design of communication and messaging materials
- Governance of messaging framework and related materials
- Progress tracking and monitoring
- Network Management (Market Development)
- Support network build process: i.e. engagement process, pipeline management, customer relationship management, action implementation and tracking
- Development of engagement related documents
- Progress tracking and monitoring

Programme Management Office:
- Budgeting and Financial Management
- Programme Planning and Steering
- Organisational analysis and design
- Training and meeting facilitation
- Operations processes

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience, management consulting, change or programme management background
- Experience of multi-national change initiatives (of advantage)
- Organisational change methodical skills set (organizational analysis and design, financial modelling, programme planning and steering, secondary research)
- Numerate with exceptional attention to detail
- Expert level MS-Excel & MS-PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in French with very well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups in a complex organisation
- Structured approach to problem-solving
- Enjoys the exciting and constantly evolving corporate start-up environment

The project is based in Paris, France and we are looking for a consultant as soon as possible. The project is initially 3 months and there is the possibility for extension.
