Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are currently carving out a US based business unit with international operations. Around $450m in revenue with 1,600 employees.
The executive team is in place but below that we are dealing with a blank canvas including setting up a CRM and ERP (MS Dynamics) as well as mapping business processes. The overall project will be working across functions & workstreams to collect needs, map out business processes, where the gaps are, design a to-be and implement across the business.
The role would report into the PMO office and would be presenting to the executive level so will require someone able to step back and see the big picture as well as roll up the sleeves and implement across geographies.
We are open on cost and location but we are based in Connecticut so someone who can easily travel to Westchester County Airport is a significant preference.
