Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a PE backed Dutch healthcare company seeking to implement a group-wide transformation plan for our core business unit. In order to do so, management intends to create a disciplined PMO process for the existing value creation plan across the group. To gain short term traction, we are seeking external support.
The external consultants will be asked to ensure that the transformation plan and processes are implemented. We would like successful applicants to begin as soon as possible on a 3 months contractor basis.
We are looking for a central resource to realise the value creation plan in the operational business units - involving the right functional people including the creation of project plans and business cases as well as guiding projects through all areas of the business.
The consultant would be expected to set project timelines, ensure they are hit, and realise a robust internal communication plan.
The opportunity would be largely based in the operational units of the business in Scandinavia. The consultant will report directly to the CEO and designated chief transformation officer in the Dutch headquarters. As the group has entities in the Netherlands, DACH region and Scandinavia, some travelling will be required.
~ 5 years of experience in a renowned management consultancy (e.g. BCG or McKinsey)
~ 3 years healthcare industry would be a preference
Project management / PMO experience required
Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions and communicate those to senior management
Ability to travel (DACH region, Scandinavia)
