Objectives and Key Deliverables
We have recently acquired a Swedish based technology business selling a platform to financial services companies. Currently the sales team uses Excel to organise prospecting and managing clients and prospects. We are looking to professionalise this so require the selection and implementation of a CRM system for the company. The head of sales doesn't have experience doing this meaning that we are looking for somebody to work with the business to ensure the right system is selected and implemented correctly.
We are flexible on the type of person this would be but experience selecting the right CRM system (Salesforce, Microsoft or bespoke solution) and then training the team on how to use it would be key.
