Objectives and Key Deliverables

The Company, FONDY LTD, is a UK FCA licensed Authorized Electronic Money Institution and Payment Institution.
FONDY — processes payments from more than 200 countries, accepts payments of 150+ currencies.
We are international, universal payment platform, the purpose of which is to combine all payment methods and destroy the barriers for e-commerce business .
More than 5,000 companies around the world already use our services, and we willingly increase our capabilities.
We know, how to organize online payment for any business.

We are developing now the project of Internet banking for small and medium businesses, and therefore we are looking now for a Treasury Manager for our company.

The objective of our new position is to assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company.

Essential Functions:
— Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow, both the Company’s and cash received by the Company on behalf of its clients.
— Prepare or monitor company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.
— Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
— Manage the Company’s FOREX policy and trades.
— Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes.
— Initiate and manage relationships with financial service providers, including banks and FOREX providers.
— Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
— Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits Company’s requirements.
— Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.
— Support and participate in Company’s Strategic Planning activities.
— Additional duties as directed by supervisor.

Required Education & Experience:
— Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
— CTP designation is a competitive advantage.
— Knowledge of and experience with the UK FCA (or other EU regulators) rules applicable to Payment Institutions is a significant competitive advantage.
— Experience in a similar Treasury role is required, although it need not have been with a Payment Institution.
— A similar position with a bank or other financial institution is sufficient.
— Experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans is a plus.
— Experience leading, coaching and developing staff is a plus.
