Objectives and Key Deliverables

A national payment network, currently closed loop, is currently revisiting its commercial strategy to offer new products and services to consumers and member financial institutions while also enriching its network.

There could be ad-hoc questions from the client in addition to the ones listed below but the two main questions at this stage are:

1) Revenue sharing scheme for adding private banks onto the network
2) Evaluation and road map for bill payment/collection products and strategy

We are looking for someone who can

1) build financial models to assess the pricing and feasibility of different pricing schemes and products
2) benchmark similar organizations' product and service offerings to draw conclusions for client's portfolio
3) conduct interviews to understand different pricing mechanisms and suggest one for the client
4) summarize findings in a PowerPoint presentation

Background in management consulting and experience in financial services and payment systems (i.e. banks, mastercard, visa etc.)
