Background & Objectives
We are a German PE fund looking to carry out due diligence on a target med-tech business in the dental equipment/machinery space in central Europe.
The business produce dental prosthetic machinery and equipment (e.g. milling machines) and sell them to dental laboratories, and dentist surgeries.
We would like to review and redefine the current sales and distribution strategy in the company-with a focus on the international sales and distribution channels of the firm.
PowerPoint presentation including (i) assessment of current sales and distribution strategy, (ii) alternative sales and distribution strategies, (iii) pros and cons for each, (iv) strategic recommendation and (v) assessment of sales and margin potential through implementation of new strategy.
Experience with international B2B sales and distribution in the dental equipment/machinery industry (e.g. former senior sales executive with international remit in a dental equipment/machinery company).
The consultant is not required on-site but if within commutable distance to Frankfurt for meetings this is a plus.
