We are assessing a potential investment into a consumer apparel brand with significant ecommerce presence in Taiwan.
Provide input on market size and competitive landscape to assess growth opportunities.
Review operational metrics and KPIs to assess strength of the brand and sustainability of business model.
Depending on the location of the consultant, output can be done via phone or face-to-face. Short memo may be required.
We are looking for senior apparel industry executives preferably in Taiwan
Female underwear market experience is a must (Triumph, Wacoal) etc.
Preferably female Taiwanese or Chinese
Ecommerce experience is preferred (Alibaba, Lazada, Zalora) etc.
Provide insights on what drives consumer purchase decision, product strategy, marketing strategy and price points
Provide insights on market growth, competitive landscape and key success factors
Advise on market entry strategy for China and Southeast Asia market
Prefer consultant to be based in Taiwan, if not need to have familiarity with Taiwan market.
