Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated person with 10+ years mixed consultancy and client-side experience to join our Atlanta office in a leadership capacity. The role is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a fast-growing business, all the while working within an exciting, fun and fast moving environment.

It is envisioned that the successful candidate will be on a 3 – 6 month pathway to assume leadership of the Atlanta office. This will involve leading the current Atlanta team and working closely with the New York and London offices to build the practice, execute projects with our existing base of multinational clients, and develop new business. A combination of capabilities will be required across:

• Functional Capability in sales & marketing strategy, including channels & distribution, CRM & loyalty, customer experience, and digital

• Industry Experience working with consumer brands, such as travel & lodging, automotive, retail, banking, and CPG

• Core Skills to scope large bodies of work, lead collaborative problem solving teams, manage projects end-to-end, and deliver stellar results

•Client/Stakeholder Management Savvy to develop trusted relationships that allow us to grow within existing clients and open the door for new ones

• Entrepreneurial Spirit for effectively operating in a growth environment, dealing with ambiguity, and managing a diverse set of people and work

Note: This is a permanent position with full benefits and bonus potential. Relocation assistance is a possibility.

Practice Management:
o Working with regional leaders on office
o Actively collaborating with regional leaders on P&L management
o Tracking project profitability and team utilization
o Leading a multi-discipline team
o Upskilling of the wider team through knowledge and expertise sharing
o Driving a motivating culture aligned with our global values

Project Delivery:
o Insight driven customer and business strategy development and implementation
o Close collaboration with data analytics and insight teams to develop bespoke solutions
o Preparing presentations based on the outputs of research / analysis
o Leading integrated agency projects, and interacting with the agency account team
o Report and proposal writing

Business Development:
o Account management of our existing clients
o Development of new in the Atlanta area
o Development of new pitches and RFP responses

• 10+ years’ or relevant industry experience in a commercial position
• Multiple years of demonstrable sales & client management experience
• Significant experience leading and managing projects to completion
• Personable with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and other agency teams
• Analytical problem solver, adept at delivering solutions to client challenges at pace
• Be able to lead, inspire and build trust with clients and colleagues
• Strong acumen & an entrepreneurial streak
• Creative approach to both problem solving and communicating
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
