Background & Objectives
We are family-entertainment and leisure/resort company operating across North America.
While we leverage a mixed media model of online and offline strategies, our primary focus for this projest is an assessment of our digital media strategy and spend while also considering the broader online customer journey (e.g., landing pages). The assessment should include a review of our online channels and tactics such as search, SEO, display, video and paid social, etc.
Success of this diagnostic will come in the form of an actionable playbook and roadmap which enables the internal team and our current agencies to unlock new revenue/demand opportunities, uncover any gaps or missed best practices, and generally help us understand how to best allocate/optimize our current digital marketing spend. The diagnostic should also highlight and benchmark areas where we are underinvested and provide recommendations on the contribution value of incremental/new spend.
