We are a global technology firm focussed on digital printing.
We have decided that we need to start attending and speaking at events as a marketing push. We want to focus on events in Europe, North American and Asia Pacific.
For each geographic region, we want a list of the most pertinent 50 events to attend, including various details on each. We are looking for someone with a lot of experience in events that can help us identify the events we should be attending.
The requested output is a spreadsheet that includes at least these pieces of information per event (to be refined directly with the consultant):
Name of event -
Category (printing, marketing,) -
Region (Asia, Europe, North America, ...)
Date of event (2016, 2017, 2018)
Frequency of event (monthly, yearly, every 4 years, ...)
How often has this been held (1st time, yearly for past 10 years, ...) -
Theme of event (This year’s focus is ...) -
Link to website -
Description of attendees (job titles, industries, company size) -
Total number of attendees -
List of keynote speakers last event (name, title, company) -
Event language (English accepted?) -
Deadlines to apply for speaking (including links) -
Process to apply for speaking (link to online form, contact email) -

Media partners of the event -
Press coverage on event (quick search, top 5 hits on google news) -
- Extensive experience in the events industry
- Existing knowledge of the events that should be of interest to us
It may be the case that we need one consultant per geographic region, so if this is the case, please let us know in your application.
