Objectives and Key Deliverables
The Objective of the project is to get a deep understanding of the French market in both retail and foodservice for the following products: Asian noodles, Asian fried rice, Gyozas and Macarons.
For this to be achieved, fields visits need to be performed in Paris and/or Marseille.
During these visits, the candidate should perform "mystery shopping", gathering information for our target products at retail stores (mini retail shops, supermarkets, hypermarkets).
Pictures should be taken of the products within the store.
In addition, the candidate should also perform store checks for wholesalers & distribution channels for foodservice. Therefore a Metro Cash & Carry or company card to access is needed.
One of our consultants will accompany the candidate in person.
End product is 10 slides summarising the findings.
