Objectives and Key Deliverables
Our portfolio company, a cloud infrastructure business is looking to open a new sales channel. Currently the focus has been on individual users but they are now looking to focus on launching their enterprise service.
This requires a different sales channel strategy and we need to understand what that looks like (do we build partnerships with distribution companies, consultancies etc.) and then help us structure the team.
Cisco is seen as best in class in this so someone who was senior is EMEA sales there would be helpful. Idea would be to understand what you can bring and then work with management. Our business in based in France so someone based their or speaking French would be a benefit.
Cost and duration are up in the air at the moment.
