Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a private equity owned airline based in Minneapolis, Minnesota who is seeking a call center executive to help streamline our operations and improve our level of customer service as we transition to new long term leadership and a new call center paradigm. We are seeking someone with deep call center expertise who has operated in the space previously and is able to plug in ASAP and drive change and process improvement. Project Management experience will also be useful for this project. We are currently in the process of deploying a new omnichannel customer service technology and are also changing our agent resourcing model. Airline experience is a plus.

The individual will need to be on site in Minneapolis during the engagement. Preference will be given to candidates who are local, but we are open to consider candidates willing to travel for the role. We anticipate the length of the engagement will be three months and are seeking someone who can start in the next three weeks. More information will be shared with interested candidates.
