Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a private equity backed manufacturer, retailer and distributor of professional grade and consumer grade trailers, parts and accessories in North America. With superior positioning in the trailer industry and leading products across a diverse array of end markets.

What will I be doing?
Working with the Pro-Grade leadership and sales teams to accelerate the execution of our market share expansion plans for this $600M+ business unit. Roll up your sleeves to develop, deploy, measure and refine our market plans and growth levers across our independent dealers and owned retail channel. Developing the models and analytical frameworks to support data driven strategy development and evaluation of potential partnerships and acquisitions. By driving better visibility into market opportunities and operational and financial requirements, you will help ensure the sales, marketing, and product teams are focused on the most valuable opportunities in the most profitable manner.


• Sales operations and execution – Perform analytics to identify growth opportunities and work with the sales teams to develop and track execution plans by market and growth lever (marketing, dealer tools and incentives, etc.)

• Market analytics – Use data from outside partners and internal sources to estimate retail sell through and shifting consumer demand to support timely operational adjustments

• Competitive intelligence – Track market share and competitive developments to inform business strategy

• Pricing – Support market-based pricing development and ongoing monitoring/analytics across channels including management of external consultants

• Sales team effectiveness – Lead requirements definition for sales tools including CRM

• Surface new growth opportunities, conduct analysis and market research to develop a business case, and work cross-functionally to execute plan

• Identify issues and risks, create hypotheses and execute analysis; translate data into meaningful insights; present recommendations to key decision makers

• Partner across functions (including sales, marketing, and product development) and business units to operationalize strategy and optimize tactics

• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels
Experience/ Qualifications

• Prefer experience in a role developing and deploying commercial strategy, strategy consulting or private equity analyst with experience deploying recommendations, or similar experience within another role
• Minimum of 3-5 years post undergrad experience
• Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and poor data quality to extract meaningful insights
• Pragmatism – Use data and facts to focus on the most valuable opportunities with a bias for action
• Comfort working with employees at multiple levels and in office and manufacturing environments
• Desire to challenge the status quo and current understandings in a constructive manner

Position will be based in Richardson (Dallas), Texas with occasional travel to manufacturing and customer locations.
