Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a global high tech, machinery manufacturing business looking to hire a recruiter to our fast growing Czech Republic plant.

Working as part of a Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be accountable for recruitment support within the Czech Republic. This is a fast-paced, challenging role which requires an individual who is consultative, proactive in their sourcing approach, self-directed and capable of managing demanding timelines. You will establish and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. You will apply well developed skills in building innovative talent acquisition strategies which incorporate various recruitment channels.

The role is based at our plant in the South Bohemian region of the Czech Republic.

Responsibilities

Work with Hiring Managers in providing end-to-end recruitment support including but not limited to:
posting job openings
interviewing and screening candidates
reporting on recruitment activity
managing and negotiating offers
attending recruitment events and job fairs
proactively sourcing
engaging passive talent
conducting pre-employment checks
Assess client needs, determine level of urgency and develop customized sourcing strategies
Provide guidance and consultation to your client groups to determine best practice recruitment solutions and market trends
Champion the student hiring program for co-op, intern and apprentice hiring as required
Effectively utilize PeopleSoft and other software tools to manage recruitment activity
Offer a proactive sourcing approach that is designed to build candidate pipelines and manage a just in time service delivery model that matches client’s needs
Build referral networks and candidate pools through your network, social media and external networking sources
Demonstrate a keen interest to continuously improve current processes and participate in ongoing projects to this effect


Technical Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Excellent time management and prioritization skills allowing you to manage a number of requisitions simultaneously while anticipating shifts in priorities
Established credibility in recruiting for a variety of industries and roles
Strong organizational and project management skills demonstrating excellent attention to detail
Proven relationship building expertise with a collaborative approach to client groups and peers
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings with internal and external parties
Passionate about recruitment and proven success in identifying top talent in a very competitive market
Broad experience interviewing and sourcing candidates through various means, including campus recruitment, social media, etc.
Mature, self-motivated, collaborative, flexible and able to work independently under pressure
Experience and enthusiasm in working with an applicant tracking system is a must, preferably PeopleSoft
Well versed in all of the professional, ethical and legal aspects of employee acquisition in Czech, including confidentiality and discretion


Qualifications
7+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitment
Experience in a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a relevant field
CHRP or CHRL certification would be considered an asset
