Background & Objectives

Our
client is a leading private equity firm requires a consultant experienced in
establishing Cross-Selling for their portfolio company.

 The company is a
leading provider of data services for small businesses. The company has
branched out into new areas providing utility services including energy, gas,
electricity as well as debit and credit card services.

 As part of a
broader initiative to sharpen its strategic focus, the company aims to improve
the cross-sell rate of all its products.A high priority project has been defined to
implement cross-selling, including mapping out processes, steps and actions.A consultant is required to work directly for
a board director at the company to complete the project. The duration will be 2-3 months full time
onsite at the head office in South London.





This is exceptional opportunity to work on a
project of high managerial importance for a leading PE firm.

Key deliverables

The
consultant will have relevant experience of cross-selling either from having
worked for a leading consultancy or a business with a successful approach to
cross-selling such as Sky, Saga etc.

Requirement: I am based in London and I can complete a 2-3 months project based onsite in London UK
