Background & Objectives

We are looking for a highly motivated business financial / operating professional to work with the management of a leading sports and broadcasting technology firm, and its private equity backer in redesigning the use of Salesforce.com. While the platform has been implemented in some geographies, it is not used globally yet and is not being leveraged optimally in the geographies where it has been implemented.

We expect the consultant to drive the process of assessing the current implementation, redesigning the usage of Salesforce.com (including KPIs and reporting), and helping the company move to the newly designed state. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing Salesforce.com. The project will be executed in Long Island, NY. The consultant is expected to work onsite.

Key deliverables

a. Assessment of current state of SFDC usage
b. Proposal for SFDC redesign
c. KPI dashboard definition
d. Reports definition
e. Implementation of SFDC in redesigned state

Consultant requirements

A CRM implementation expert, ideally with strong knowledge of Salesforce.com.
Able / happy to be based on site in central Long Island, with flexibility to travel to European offices.
Consultant should be available for an immediate start.
