We have a chain of 10 restaurants in Brazil (5 in Sao Paulo, 3 in Rio de Janeiro, and 2 in Porto Alegre. Our operations have grown rapidly, and our product costs are high and slowly rising. We would like to reduce our current product costs by 15%.
Detailed information on our COGS (including supply chain, and logistics) will be provided once hired.
Project to start in early 2016. Interviews conducted in mid November, 2015.
