Objectives and Key Deliverables

General Requirements
2.4.1 Training Methodology
The training shall combine conventional teaching based on real-life examples, case studies, interactive approach & proven experience to involve participants in discussion of topics/exercises and encouraging them to bring their own experiences forward for discussion and practices.
The course is mainly IT project Management, no need to cover the Microsoft Project modules

.3 Duration/Structure of the Programme
• Number of batches: 2 batches
• Duration: 5 days each batch
• Total no. of hours: 40 hours each batch
• Course level: intermediate/advanced level


Target Audience
• Target audience: This training is targeted to employees working in IT dept. (Act. Information Technology Manager, Head of Business Solutions, Information Security Manager, Head of IT & Operations Structure, Lead IT Governance Officer, Lead Business Relationship Officer, Lead SAP Analyst, IT Planning, Sr. Process & Application, etc…)
• Expected number of participants: max. 15 employees will attend the training program in each batch (maximum 30 employees in the two batches)
• The list of participants : will be finalized later by Capability Building Manager with coordination with IT Dept. Training Focal Point

Objectives
• Learn about the essential knowledge areas of project management outlined in the PMBOK
• Learn the best practices to manage project scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communication and risk
• Mastering a comprehensive set of standard portable project management tools to manage projects
• Get a working introduction on the ITIL standard for managing IT operations quality
• Get a working introduction on the CMMI standard for managing IT development and software quality
• Get exposed to a number of real project tools and cases from leading IT firms
