Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a PE backed medical device distributor focused on surgical equipment in the eye care market. Having been focused on operational improvements and driving profitability, we are now turning our attentions to growth strategies as we prepare for exit. We require a consultant to analyze the different areas we have identified (6-7 in total so far) and make recommendations on where we should focus our attention to prove concept for a future investor to buy into.

Our preferred consultant will have top tier consulting experience (general preference for Bain, McKinsey, BCG but not exclusively focused on them) with experience within the medical device market- particularly distributing to hospitals. The consultant will be doing a lot of the analysis but also needs to act as a thought partner with management so a level around senior manager/principal likely.
Project will primarily be off site with a preference for mid west/ east coast. Meeting with management will be likely and T&E covered.
