Background & Objectives
Objective is to create and execute and strategy to implement a new modernised compensation plan internally within the organisation.
Create model, advise on creation of additional profit centres (possibly geographically based), implement new plan.
Must be Comp specialist and ideally have implemented this type of change in organisations previously. NOT someone with a large corporate background. Ideally Prof Services (Law, MC, Accountancy etc), most likely in the SME market.
