This project is creation of a sales pitch/pdf presentation to banks in the UAE, convincing them to give us the project to acquire new customers for their credit cards.We are a call center in India and we want to highlight to the UAE banks 1. how we will through our varied experience in domestic & international processes and strong Operations, Quality, Sales Verification, IT, HR & Admin teams (highlight best operating processes for each department) 2. our strong International & Domestic client list3. We understand the cc industry, with prior experience in similar sales acquisition process for new credit cards with HDFC bankHighlight our research points on1. Statistics on UAE current population, current no of cc holders, potential new customers, 2. Feet on street in UAE and Kerala, India plan to complement the lead generation from our call center in India (with Arabic speaking staff) as well as do collections3. Data base procurement abilities from many years of call center experience4. Sample ideas of offers & promotions (like the plat5HSBC) we will telemarket through our call centers to generate leads, balance transfers5. Manage the customer service as well for the cc division, using any crm required, meeting all the TATS6. Manage the collections department as well, X+30 upto X+120 and written off a/c's as well
