Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are currently finalising an acquisition of a medical device manufacturer and require someone to lead the implementation of the value creation plan we have identified. The main focus will be on revenue enhancement through go to market and growth strategies as well as improvements to strategic sourcing and G&A. Our ideal person would be a generalist with a spike in one of these areas.
They would be responsible for staffing up each of the initiatives at both a pan-Asian level and a country specific level and would be responsible for the overall delivery of the value creation plan and EBITDA improvements. The main market will be China so experience working in the market will be a big plus to us.
A background in management consulting would provide the ideal toolkit here but we are looking for an executor, not a strategist. We are open on location but want someone in Asia who is willing to travel extensively to ensure success. Likewise, open on budget.
