Objectives and Key Deliverables
The client is a Nigerian logistics conglomerate with businesses in Maritime, Aviation, Haulage, Logistics, Oil & Gas and Hospitality. The client has a global presence with operational sites in Europe, America and Africa. We are supporting the client with the restructuring of their group of companies in the face of a successor decision. This will include assessing the performance of the various businesses and developing a strategy to guide investment and operations going forward.
We are looking for a key expert in organisational design and organisation with experience working in West Africa. Previous experience in logistics, shipping and similar industries are a plus.
