Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a logistics business based in Birmingham looking for an Operational improvement director who can join our team onsite for at least 3 days a week to manage a turnaround programme.

We have been highly acquisitive and now need to unify as well as significantly improve current operations as a merged entity.

The result will be enhanced productivity across the site with clearly defined metrics and processes in place.

The consultant must be able to work in Birmingham.

They must have strong operational improvement experience. General operations experience ideally in the logistics industry as well would be needed.

Experience at managing supply chains or having worked as part of an internal strategy team would be advantageous.
