Objectives and Key Deliverables

• Our client wishes to obtain a detailed review of the French Television Market, and in particular the relationships between Content Production Companies and Broadcasters.
• Through independent research, in particular through interviews with key stakeholders at the ten main broadcasters and Production Companies, the consultant will draw an overall picture of the dynamics of the market, the positioning of the various players, and their strengths and weaknesses.
• Topics to cover will include: breadth and quality of portfolio and alignment with market demand, relationships with broadcasters and on-screen talent.

• Sourcing and conducting interviews with senior decision makers at the majority of the ten largest Broadcasters in France and the leading Content Production Companies.
• A detailed report reviewing the key market trends, and the positioning of the Production Companies serving the main Broadcasters.
• Interview transcripts / notes for each stakeholder contacted.
• Project to be completed by end of March.

• Must have in-depth experience of the French television market
• Must be able to connect with key stakeholders in the market and deliver primary research (compilation of readily available company / industry reports is not required and must not be part of the project deliverables)
• Top tier strategy consulting background preferable
