We are a global professional services firm partnering with a global device and manufacturing organization to migrate off of legacy systems into a new Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Field Service Lightning) platform. The goal is to simplify the sales process so that sales reps can better serve customers and identify additional opportunities. On the service side, our client is looking to provide a seamless client experience through case management and on-site field resources. All of this will leverage Field Service Lightning to enable field based service reps the information they need to best serve the customer base.
We are looking for a Tokyo based resource with salesforce experience to join our team as to help us navigate a global process for our client (i.e,. Opportunity management and optimization to improve the experience of how field engineers interact with customers) . This not so much about configuration but candidates should have experience with change management as well be familiar with any cultural nuances in addition to any potential regulatory issues and how this all might be consumed into the salesforce CRM.
Candidates should have experience in Japanese, to support creation of sales materials and support in managing interactions our client.
