Objectives and Key Deliverables
Our client is a Banking group looking to commercialize digital payment offerings to its clients. This phase of the project would involve development of a high-level strategy, for presentation to the executive.
1) Description of the payments ecosystem and various role players in it.
2) Review of the value proposition of the proposed payments solution (which the project team on-site would develop).
3) Evaluation of strategic options and the business model implications in order for the client to capture the opportunity (high-level)
The person would be a subject-matter-expect to the project team and, through technology, be able to contribute towards, critique and assess the commercialization options which would be presented to the client.
Retail banking experience is an advantage and so is an understanding of the evolving Payments landscape.
