Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a financial services advisory firm and we are supporting an end client (bank) on this project.
The project will last around 2/3 months and will take place in Auckland New Zealand, with start date for early September.
This role is a campaign analyst and will mainly be pulling marketing campaign files and performing post implementation reviews. It is highly analytical but won't be dealing with SEO. A Data Scientist or a Customer Insights Manager or Campaign Analyst with strong technical SAS skills (programming) and experience of campaigning in a cards environment is ideal.
Experience within banks is not required, but strongly preferable.
The consultant will extract data from different sources, join and manipulate them in SAS (create campaign cells, store account IDs/contacts and analyse them again when needed).
The marketing campaigns are trigger based, e-mail and direct marketing, and some examples can be campaigns to encourage customer behaviour (how to increase customer spend) understanding life cycle marketing, etc.
Environment is SAS - predominantly to extract and create data, as well as manage the information. The project consists in both building and refreshing MIS on the post campaign reviews; coding in SAS or SQL is mandatory.
The consultant is expected to be on site commencement of the project (early September).
Relocation / travel & expenses costs or visa sponsorships are not available for this project.
Create high quality and accurate campaign lists
work with marketing colleagues and create campaign selections, ensuring suitable control cells to ensure test and learn can be made and also reporting to monitor the campaign results.
- marketing campaign projects experience is mandatory;
- coding in SAS or SQL is mandatory;
- financial services experience is preferable;
- credit/debit card experience is preferable
- based in Auckland (no relocation costs available).
