Objectives and Key Deliverables
We have been approached by a client, a UK's leading Cleaning and Support Services company. They have approached us as they are looking to hire Business Development Director in London.The job holder has overall responsibility for leading the national sales
team in order to achieve the sales target and implementation of the sales
strategy. This will include managing the Sales Division in order to achieve the
team and individual targets. The Business Development Director has overall
responsibility for delivering such results and ensuring that the business is
strategically placed to take advantage of key opportunities.
The Business Development Director will ensure that best sales practices
are established and implemented across the business. The Business Development Director will work closely
with all heads of divisions including our sister companies in order to take
full advantage of new business opportunities.
The Business Development Director will be accountable for the company’s Sales
Target and thus responsible for leading the Sales activities within the
business. This will include assisting the Managing Director in formulating a
clear sales strategy and an action plan in order to deliver set targets and
improve our overall position in the market place. It will require a focus on staffing,
succession planning and skill development for a small team of functional
leadership and direction for the Sales Team in order to achieve the
overall sales target.

objectives with the overall company objectives.
